Minimum requirement: degree from an IIT, AIIMS, NIT, or equivalent institution — OR a proven track record of 8+ years producing JEE/NEET selections in the top 1%.
All applicants sit a rigorous 3-hour written paper at JEE Advanced/NEET difficulty. Minimum passing score: 85%. This eliminates candidates who know the subject but can't solve the paper their students will face.
Shortlisted candidates deliver a 40-minute demo lecture to a live batch of 25 students. Students rate teaching clarity, problem explanation quality, and engagement on a structured scoresheet.
New faculty begin on a supervised probation. Weekly observations by the Academic Head, student satisfaction surveys, and batch test performance benchmarks determine permanent confirmation.
